Book Library Lists Started

Last week, I made a lot of progress on the Book Library app. Now, every book added by users automatically gets assigned to a default list, making collection management much smoother. I’ve set up new columns in the tables to make future data migration easier once signups go live. The search functionality has also been improved; there are now two separate input fields, allowing users to narrow down their results more effectively. On the technical side, I integrated SVGR, laying the groundwork for easier SVG theming later on, and started work on the new myLists table, which will allow users to create their own custom lists. Along the way, I tackled several small bugs to keep things running smoothly.

This Week:

Looking ahead to this week, my main goals are to finish implementing custom user lists, so everyone can organize their collections however they want, and to launch the new View Panel for a cleaner and more interactive way to browse books.
